Return & Refund Policy

At Sanjeevani Cow Ghee, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict and transparent return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or leaked

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

📌 Note: Unopened products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Change of mind or taste preference

3. Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

4. How to Raise a Return Request

To request a return or refund, please contact us with:

  • Images or video of the damaged/incorrect product

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
